Current booking in home page not refering to manual payment

Hi! In the new HB home page we can see the current bookings for 2024 ($) but it seems to be the amount paid by my client IN HB and not the total amount (paid in HB and marked as paid). How to have it all under the current booking? Am I doing something wrong haha ? Thank you so much 😅

Hi! I would reach out to Support about this using the Chat bubble. I just marked an invoice paid today (manually, paid by check), and it showed up immediately in my Payments box on the home page!

I was able to finally figure out how to enter a manual check but there is not a place to mark the check number or any details of who paid.  There is a section if you click on details but it not able to be edited and on the manual payment screen there is only the option of how to pay, not details.  Is there something I am missing?
