I just created a lead form and when I was testing it I wanted to modify the email response the customer receives to be more personalized and in my tone of voice, but I just found out that it can't be done. Now I'm hesitating whether to use the form because I don't want that standard response to affect how a potential client may perceive it. Any advice on how to work around this and be able to send a more personalized email? do I have to set up an automation? Thank you

Yes, you’ll want to set up an automation! You can connect any automation to a lead form. For my business, once a lead form is submitted an email automatically sends to them that I’ve written and delivers more info to my clients about next steps.

To add to what Sandra said, you will need to turn off the confirmation email and then your automation will send your custom one!
