Hi - I’d like to customize my invoice reminders with a little more warmth than the standard one HB provides, but I can’t seem to find out how to do this. Can I even do this? I have to send out one shortly and these are awesome repeat clients so I would rather send something nice than something robotic.

Yes you can do this. If you go to Settings > Company Settings > Preferences > Then scroll to Payment Reminders. If the reminder is on (toggle button is on the right with a checkmark on it), you should be able to edit the email that is sent.
