Hello! We are a wedding and event planning company and we have inclusive packages with some of our venues. For these the venue will pay us for the services. We have a contract in HB for the actual bride and groom but the payment reminders need to go to the venue. What’s the best way to set this up so the payment information doesn’t get to the bride and groom?

To keep payment information separate from the couple while still managing everything within the same project, I’d recommend setting up a separate workspace within the project specifically for the venue. This allows you to:

  • Send a separate contract and invoice directly to the venue

  • Ensure payment reminders and financial details go only to them

  • Keep all communication and documentation distinct from the couple’s experience

The couple can still have their own workspace with the relevant planning documents, without ever seeing the venue’s billing or contract.

This setup gives you the flexibility to manage both sides of the relationship within the same overall project — without overlapping sensitive details. 💛
