I sincerely wish there was an SMS Direct message feature to clients through Honeybook.
How we have Only payment and meeting reminders, and not a way to message clients through their portal to their phones directly, in 2025, is absolutely wild to me.
A lot of clients don’t bother checking emails. So we’re left having to reach out to them directly. I just wish I can send them the same message I send through the portal strait to their phones. Everyone has a phone and always checks their messages when they come in. So much time and energy wasted in emails through the portal when Clients aren’t bothering to check them.
