Email notifications for owners

Hi all,

I am the owner of my business. Can you please tell me how to remove receiving an email every time my employees respond to a client? I want to still be actively part of the project but don’t want to receive an email every time my staff writes one.

    Unfortunately you can’t turn off email notifications when you’re in a project. Can the employee email them in a separate thread, outside of HB?

    Thanks! I’d rather them continue to write in HB to keep track. I guess I will just have to deal with deleting 100s of emails a day 🤷🏻

    Hi Amy! If you’re using Gmail, you can create a filter to send these emails to a separate label.
