Email responses are not showing up in Honeybook!

So this has happened before, but it’s happening again today. Sporadically, email responses are not showing up in Honeybook!

I’ve had two different clients today where this had happened, and I’ve had to copy and paste their responses in HB to reply to them properly. 

I know they didn’t respond within HB, but most times leads don’t.

Is there a fix for this?

@Shannon Ranger - That definitely sounds frustrating! I’d recommend first double-checking your email integration settings (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to make sure everything is still properly connected, sometimes a simple re-authentication can fix syncing issues like this.

If everything looks correct and it’s still happening, definitely reach out to HoneyBook Support using the ? icon in the bottom right corner of your account so they can take a closer look and help troubleshoot what’s going on.

You might also mention which email provider you’re using when you contact support, that can help them narrow it down faster.
