I know I can add a signature block/template to any email template, but when you send an email via a project, do you have to manually add the signature block every single time?

+9Yes you do because not everyone uses a signature for every email. If you think about how Gmail sends emails… your signature gets truncated within a thread. So HB gives you the option to not have a signature when you’re naturally emailing back and forth.
