Respectfully, I don’t know why this is not already a feature.
I get all kinds of HoneyBook notifications, but this is one of the most important, in my opinion. When I chatted with the bot, it told me to do a workaround with a smart file and an upload box and all I can think is I shouldn’t have to do that to know when a client uploads assets to their portal for me to see.
My clients are even surprised when I tell them I don’t get notifications about uploads, so they need to ping me when they do. This doesn’t feel professional at all. Please, HoneyBook developers, add this feature. 🙏
