I am a new recent user of this program after using Hubspot’s CRM for a while. There are several features that I believe need to be added to the system for this program to be fully usable for lead/client management.
- There needs to be more capability for manually adding in previous records of phone calls and emails, especially for new users. While you can add in notes, it isn’t fully acknowledged as a contact point by the system.
- There also needs to be the ability to manually add in record of phone calls to the system. Right now there is no capability to do so which I find to be a flaw. It is a basic client management feature to allow the recording of phone calls outside of ones booked through Honeybook. Again, notes can be used but it isn’t fully acknowledged as a contact point. (I.E. not included in the activity tab of the project)
- I also believe one should manually be able to mark a project as booked outside of anything signed and paid through Honeybooks. This goes hand-in-hand with helping new users set-up their previous system within the program.
