WARNING: VENT AHEAD

I don’t know what’s going on at Honeybook over the last few weeks, but I’d really like someone in charge to address issues that I’ve been experiencing… and I know I’m not alone. Can anyone from management chime in?

I’m frustrated and the last straw for me came this morning when I received notification that someone was trying to join my Zoom. Odd as nothing was on my calendar, so I reached out to him.  Turns out he was trying to join a meeting from an email he just received from me. He sent me a copy of the email dated YESTERDAY… it was regarding an event I held on January 8th.  Now mind you, this was sent as a bulk email through Honeybook on January 7th to all who were to attend my event. I had a higher than normal no-show rate, and now I understand why.  I repeat, he received the email yesterday. And before the argument comes that we cannot control other’s email systems, there is more...

This is just one instance of things going wrong.

  • I can include two project timeline stages somehow getting combined forcing me to spend a few hours straightening out the AND incurring the loss of business on a time-sensitive matter related to a project that got moved.
  • And for some reason I’m having automations which fired perfectly now arbitrarily moving clients to completed stages which really throws my wedding business into chaos.

Things are - theoretically - supposed to run smoothly with a CRM when you’ve invested the time to set it up correctly. I have done that. A CRM is supposed to make us look more efficient with our clients and prospects, not less. I really do not have the time to invest in moving to a different platform so please give me a reason why I should stay and the confidence that you guys have things under control.

Yes, this from the same person who praised you last summer for helping keep my business running as my dad was dying in a hospital. What changed???

Can someone please address why there are suddenly so many issues cropping up? I feel like I need to send you an invoice for my time in fixing things that I didn’t break.

Denise! Thank you so much for writing in.

Taking this to the product and support team to get to the bottom of things and will be in touch. I’m on it.
