Hello everyone! 
 

I have been a HoneyBook user for about 3 years now and I have had ZERO complaints. None. However, this last week has been horrible and I want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing? My instant payments would not work, we kept receiving an error and now emails through HoneyBook are having an error too and are not sending. This is affecting my business and is not acceptable after HoneyBook just raised their prices for their annual subscriptions. Has anyone else had this issue??? Help please !!

@Mr. Party Hardy - I’m so sorry you’ve been having issues — that sounds really frustrating! I haven’t experienced anything like that on my end, but I recommend reaching out to the HoneyBook Help Center (bottom right corner of your account) so the team can take a closer look at what’s happening and troubleshoot anything that’s going wrong.
