Lacking when it comes to integrating a team on HB

Lately my VA and I have been having trouble with some outdated features in Honeybook that aren’t quite fit for multiple team members to interact with.

Thus far the big issues we’ve run into are:
(For context my VA has Super Admin permissions- the highest permission level available)

  1. We can’t edit each other’s Honeybook Calendar Events. A client scheduled a meeting with me and it created a duplicate project. When my VA signed in to try to clean everything up and delete the wrong project and then reschedule the meeting correctly, it created the meeting for the VA and assigned it to the VA. They could not assign the meeting to me. When I tried to go in and fix it from my account, same issue- I could neither delete nor assign a meeting or project in the calendar view for my VA.
  2. Inability to edit a calendar event has also been an issue when a client wants to reschedule with me. My VA handles a lot of my calendar but it’s redundant to have them in that role if I’m the only one that can do it inside of Honeybook.
  3. Reply Issues with Email inside of projects: I sent an email to a client from inside their project portal. I asked my VA to do a follow up. When they hit reply and started their email as “Hi [client first name]” it assigned [client first name] to my name. Which neither of us knew they system was going to do until the email was already sent and delivered. This, of course, has me a little worried about future autofill items.

I feel that Honeybook has been focused on individual productivity but has started to forget the team roles and assignments. Maaaannnnnny of us have VAs of some sort so at minimum I think there should be a hefty look into this.

Curious to know if others have had similar issues with team integration on HB?
