Length of Appointment Dependencies

Hey all. I’m a Real Estate photographer and when someone books me, they have several options to chose from that could change the length of the appointment. It’s pretty important to my clients and their homeowners to have a good estimate for how long I will be at a property so they can plan for my services.

The issue I’m running into is if they book me with the HB scheduler, there’s really no good way to adjust the appointment length based off the options within my lead form.

1. I can note inside the lead form that certain options may extend the estimated appointment time but that doesn’t feel as professional as I would like.

2. Or I can make a different appointment type and different lead form version for EVERY COMBINATION of options…….. which I’m kind of refusing to do because of the sheer volume of things and the idea of attempting to keep that organized already has me stressed lol.

Anyone know of any solutions for this type of workflow? Or should I just make a feature request and hope they’ll get to it in a year? lol
