For those of you who work in your client’s Honeybook account for their business, do you have them turn off the 2-step verification so that you can log in to their account without needing them to send you a code each time you log in?

@HHennessyOBM - Two-step verification is important for account security, but I totally understand how it can be inconvenient when you're trying to log in and support a client efficiently.

Here are a couple of ways I’ve seen this handled:

🔐 Option 1: Temporary Access via Live Session

Many service providers schedule a live working session with their client (via Zoom or phone) so they can get the verification code in real time. It’s secure and avoids having to disable two-step verification.

🔄 Option 2: Turn Off 2FA Temporarily (with caution)

Some clients choose to temporarily disable two-step verification while you're actively working in their account, especially during a setup phase. If you go this route, I recommend reminding them to re-enable it once you're done. I have implemented using Voxer with clients for this purpose. Not for communication for the project, but to be able to get codes when I need to login to their accounts.
