Looking for a streamline way to do wedding questionnaires and responses

Question

Looking to create a way that potential wedding clients will get immediate information they need without me having to immediately respond based on the questionnaire choices they make. Example, “Schedule Consultation or Get Ballpark Pricing” and then they receive either the consultation email or the ballpark pricing email while I still receive their wedding questionnaire form.

Can that be done in Honey book, if so what is the best way to do that?

This automation can send an email with a Service Guide or Brochure attached that shares general service and pricing information—giving them an immediate, helpful response without you needing to reply manually right away.In the email template, you can also include a friendly note that says something like:“Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm reviewing the information you shared and will follow up with a personalized response shortly.”That way, they feel seen and taken care of, while still getting the general details they’re likely looking for—like ballpark pricing, next steps, or how to book a consultation.
