Multiple Scheduler in a smart file

Question

So I noticed some people want recurring meetings/ sessions which is great but PLEASE ALLOW BOTH RECURRING (evenly spaced out aka every 1st tuesday of the month/ every 30 days) AND MULTIPLE MEETINGS/SESSIONS (meaning we can schedule multiple meeting in one smart file) I really need this feature, and it would be great if we could put stipulations on how far out relative to their project date they can book. so basically a “FIXED DATE RANGE RELATIVE TO THE PROJECT DATE”

If the wedding in October:
client should only be allowed to book a meeting 8-12 months before the project date
1st planning session (venue meeting) 6-8 months before the project date
2nd planning session (decor meeting) 5-6 months before the project date
3rd planning session (entertainment) 3-5 months before the project date

all relative to the project date!!!
