My client can't access client portal

Hi, I can’t find any solutions on how to fix this, my client is not able to access her client portal with her email as it is giving her an error message about the email address not being the same as the one she entered initially. I haven’t had this issue before. She sent a screenshot and its the same email that she registered on her account. Can anyone help, please.
