NEW FEATURE REQUEST - Dynamic Proposal/Smart File Auto-Invoice Generate

Question

I wish the configuration auto-invoice generator were more dynamic so I could choose the correct invoice template depending on the client service selection in the proposal/smart file. The ability to dynamically select different invoice templates based on client service selections would definitely streamline my workflow for those different subscription options we offer.

​@Quisan Sickinger-I completely agree — that kind of dynamic invoice selection would be a huge time-saver, especially for businesses offering multiple service or subscription options. At the moment, HoneyBook doesn’t support conditional logic that would allow invoice templates to change based on selections made in a proposal or Smart File.The best next step would be to submit this as a Feature Request (or upvote an existing one if you find something similar). Being specific about how different service selections should trigger different invoice templates will really help the product team understand the use case and prioritize it.It would definitely streamline a lot of workflows, so hopefully this is something they consider in the future.
