I am hoping I have the correct terminology as I am complete Honeybook newbie, just really want to start correctly if this is a possibility. In my work I have different types of job inquiries and I was hoping to have different “types” of projects with different piplines or workflows as not all of my clients need the same type of steps.

Thank you so much!

You would use “Project Types” for this functionality. There isnt’ a way to have different pipelines, but it is how you’ll have different automations.

I have added a few different project types. Guess I need to ask if I can create completely different pipelines, one for each type of client. I am a makeup artist so I would love to do one for “production’, “weddings”, “private clients”, etc. My steps with booking a wedding and sending out contracts is so different than working a commercial I just want to have those different steps.

I really appreciate your quick answer and patience with my newness! I was having trouble finding anything online.

Build that out in an automation/workflow. Because the pipeline is just a 30,000 overview of your clients and where they’re at. But the automation is customizable for each if you really want it to be. But you can make different ones for production, weddings, private etc.
