Offering à la carte sessions in group program

I feel like I need someone to talk me off a ledge here as I’ve been grappling with something for several days.

I’m launching a group 8-week coaching program in January and I finally got that set up for payment although I’m not thrilled with the flow: webpage → lead form → automation kicks in and sends invoice. The lead form wouldn’t allow me to add the invoice, so I had to put it into an automation (maybe because I can’t figure out how to put the scheduler in for a group class on one specific date).  I’ll handle the class session notifications via automations.

HERE’S WHERE I’M HAVING AN ISSUE… I want the sessions available a la carte and really need them to go immediately from my webpage to the session selection/invoice.

Is there a way to do this easily?

Have I gotten so bogged down in the semantics that I’m missing an easy solution?

If you want to see the webpage that will trigger all of this, here it is (the link inside of it for à la carte isn’t correct) → https://elevateweddingofficiant.com/8-week-program/

Help!

Well hey there @Denise O'Malley ! I clicked on your website and the “Yes I’m ready for a real system” button and it did take me to a lead form with an invoice/payment. Did you fix it already?

I think what you’re asking for is a way for them to separately purchase the Optional Deep Dive sessions? Is that correct?

Honeybook doesn’t have a way to invite multiple people to join in ONE session - for that, you have to manually add everyone to the event on your Google calendar, or use a tool like CalGet to invite them to add it themselves.

Hi @Cassie H of Premier Ops Spot, I fixed it with a workaround. It’s not perfect, but it will work for now.

Thanks for responding!
