Recurring Calendar Meetings

Yes, I agree. This feature would shave off a great deal of time. I would also suggest adding this as an option for reoccurring events as well as meetings. 

​@cmo & ​@PWC Event Space Rentals -  Totally agree with both of you—having the ability to set recurring meetings within HoneyBook would be a huge time-saver, especially for those of us who host regular client calls or internal check-ins. It’s such a smart way to maximize the AI notetaker feature without having to re-enter every single appointment.

I'd definitely recommend submitting this as a feature request in the Ideas section of the Community if you haven’t already! HoneyBook’s team is continuing to improve the scheduling and project management experience, and the more feedback they receive, the better they can prioritize updates like this. 💡

I did want to make note that HoneyBook Meeting Notetaker is compatible with meetings scheduled through Calendly—here’s how it works:

• The AI notetaker can join video calls scheduled via Calendly, as long as your Calendly account is integrated with HoneyBook 📅 (help doc)

• Just ensure you've enabled the notetaker in Settings → Company Settings → HoneyBook AI → Video meeting summaries, and that "Calendly" is toggled on in the list of eligible meeting types

That means you can:

• Schedule recurring or one-off calls via Calendly

• Have those meetings automatically added to your HB calendar

• Get AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and action items saved directly in your related HoneyBook project

It would be incredibly helpful if HoneyBook’s Scheduler could support automatically recurring sessions. For example, I have bi-weekly check-in calls with clients that always happen on the same day and time. Right now, I have to either manually book each session or ask clients to rebook repeatedly, which adds extra steps and room for error.

If the Scheduler allowed me to set recurring meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.) directly within a Smart File or session link, it would save a lot of time and streamline the client experience. This would make the Scheduler much more practical for ongoing client relationships, not just one-off bookings.
