Removing Lead Left from a Deleted Project

I was playing around with form submissions to test some different things. After I was done, I deleted all the unnecessary projects that were created from my tests. However, there is now a lead left lingering and no way to remove it. It’s driving me crazy. I have tried every option, but becasue the project was deleted it can’t be pulled up to locate and remove the leade. 

Is there a workaround for this? Or any suggestions how I can remove it?
