Why when I respond directly from my email is that not tracked in the Activities in HB?

When you click a specific project where you’ve started the conversation in HoneyBook, then the client responded and you responded via Gmail, you are still not seeing the Gmail communication show in the HoneyBook project, correct? I want to make sure I fully understand the issue.
