Scheduling - inviting more than one person to a meeting

How do I invite more than one person to a scheduled call or google meet…..? And not invite the primary person …. How to I see who is invited - f this doesn’t exist it needs to….

@Kryder -  This is such a great question—and you're right to ask. At this time, HoneyBook’s Scheduler doesn’t support inviting multiple people to a meeting directly through the scheduling link or interface. It will automatically send the invite to the primary contact tied to the project, but you won't be able to see or adjust the full invite list within HoneyBook itself.

🛠️ Workaround:

If you need to invite additional people (or avoid inviting the primary contact), the best option is to manually edit the Google Calendar or iCal event after it’s been scheduled. From there, you can add or remove attendees just like you would with any calendar invite outside of HoneyBook.

I agree—this would be an incredibly helpful feature, especially for those of us managing multi-party meetings or team-based planning. I’d recommend submitting this request to the Ideas section in the Community so other users can upvote it and help bring attention to the need! 💛

That being said...scheduling with more than a single client is coming soon!
