I customized the Session Confirmation Email, but the changes didn’t apply during testing.

 

On another note, how do I contact support? Please provide an email and/or phone #.

@Savvy Organizing Solutions - If the changes to your Session Confirmation Email didn’t apply during testing, it’s possible the file you tested was still using a previous version of the email template or had a custom version saved within that specific Smart File. I recommend double-checking that the updated email is set as the default in your templates and that the Smart File is using the most recent version.
