Show a booking as booked without payment or contract

​@Harmony Griffith -  Great question! While HoneyBook typically considers a project “booked” after a file is signed or a payment is made, you can still manually manage situations like this.

One workaround is to create a project for the festival, then manually move it to the “Booked” stage in your pipeline. Even if there's no contract or payment, this allows you to mark the date as reserved and have it reflected on your calendar, without needing a formal booking file.

You can also add any important event details in the project notes, so everything stays organized in one place. 🙌
