Sig file formatting wiped out

I’d love the option to store more than one signature (for different types of client communication), but even more urgently — the formatting doesn’t seem to stick. I’m using Times New Roman for my name in the signature editor, but it displays as a sans serif font when the email sends. It also removes my font size and styling, which makes my carefully chosen formatting look inconsistent.

Is there any fix for that, or a feature request I can submit?

Thanks for supporting solo professionals like me — HoneyBook makes a lot of things easier, and I’d love to see the email tool catch up with how polished the rest of the system is.

Warmly,

@Susan Grant  - I’d love to see multiple signatures too — that would be so helpful for different types of communication! As for the formatting issues, there isn’t a fix for that right now. Sometimes HoneyBook’s email editor overrides certain fonts and styling when the email actually sends.

I’d definitely recommend submitting a request through Support using the ? icon in the bottom right corner so they can take a closer look and log what’s happening in your account. The more reports they get, the more visibility issues like this receive.

And it’s a great idea to add this to the Feature Request page as well!
