Over the years I've noticed the support time response time has gotten quite a bit slower It used to be an alert that said in just a few minutes and now it just says as soon as we can. I would like for you guys to prioritize support when we go through the AI process and it doesn't help, then we need to be able to talk to someone either on the phone or on chat and not have to wait several hours. You should be ramping up support staff not taking it down.

I have an urgent need today, and I don't know how to get in touch with anyone.

I completely understand your frustration—especially when you’re dealing with something time-sensitive. I’ve reached out to HoneyBook support on your behalf to try and escalate this for you. I agree that timely support is incredibly important, especially when AI troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue.

In the meantime, I recommend continuing to check your email for a response from their team. I’m here if you need help navigating any features or quick workarounds while you wait!
