Whenever I paste text into an email, it looks normal in the draft. Then when I go to send the email, I notice that the sizing is all off compared to the text that I typed in. This looks really unprofessional after it’s sent. Can Honeybook fix this formatting so that I don’t have to guess what was pasted vs typed and don’t have to do this extra step of highlighting everything and changing the text?

Yes please , it looks awfully silly when the email is sent out and I can see the preview .

@Becky.Duffyhill - I would love to try to troubleshoot this with you! Can you share where you are trying to copy and paste from? I have copied and pasted from a Google Doc without any problems before. Have you tried that? Also, I would suggest submitting a ticket into support so they are made aware of the problem and can add it to their list to tackle if it is a glitch.

@Alicia Bauer I can copying and pasting from anywhere really and it always occurs. From this last instance I was copying from my gmail tab to my honeybook email and it happened.

I don’t want to have to copy and paste everything into a google doc before pasting it again into an email draft. I’ll submit a ticket! Thanks!

@Becky.Duffyhill - I get it! It is frustrating. If they are emails you regularly send, I would suggest creating an email template with the information so it is already formatted properly. If they are one off emails, I would suggest putting in a ticket. :)
