Text messages to be included in workflow/pipeline to our clients

Hello,

 

I constantly get clients who did not receive our company emails because of spam. Is there a way we can include text messages in our workflow/pipeline. This can help us land more clients who are more text savvy as opposed to the old school email. I also notice in my area other companies do not do this and it will give us an extra edge to land more business. It can also help Honey book attract more business if this service was offered as well. We all win if we can add text messages.

I agree with this 100%. This feature would be one of my top suggestions as well. I would love to be able to schedule texts that go out to clients and be able to alert them when they have new information or messages added to their portal.

I agree.  Or at least have an option to add an “activity” of text message on the communication page of the project.  A lot of activity/communication occurs in text and it would be helpful to see it with the emails also.
