Is it possible to send bulk email using my company's email in my personal account? That the emails I’ll sent will be from company’s email?

@Joannah Marie Zaragoza -  Great question! Here’s how it currently works in HoneyBook:

At this time, bulk emails sent through your HoneyBook account will come from your connected HoneyBook email address—which is typically your personal business email that you set up in your Email Settings. HoneyBook uses your authenticated domain to send on your behalf, so emails appear to clients as coming directly from you (e.g., hello@yourcompany.com), not a generic HoneyBook email address.

🔐 Important Note: You can only send from one authenticated email address per HoneyBook account. So if you're asking whether different users on the same team can send from a shared company email, that’s not currently supported unless the company email is the primary one connected to that account.

If you're managing multiple users or want team members to send bulk messages from the same company-branded email, you might want to explore setting up a shared inbox in your domain provider (like Google Workspace), then use that shared email as the primary in HoneyBook.

➡️ Pro Tip: Always make sure your email domain is verified within your HoneyBook settings (under Company Settings > Email Settings) to avoid deliverability issues and ensure emails land in inboxes, not spam.
