Question

Who else would like the ability to cancel Automation 2.0's from the app?

We switched all our automations over to 2.0 at the end of 2025. We cancel automations once a client books a call or tour, and need to do that at least once a day. Was dismayed to learned that I can’t cancel automations in the app (per Support) - only via the Web site. That means I have to grab my laptop, which also means I have to bring my laptop with me when we travel, which is often (I find using the web site on my phone to be pretty difficult). And sometimes I can’t get to my laptop quickly enough which means an automation continues after a person has booked a tour and then it looks like I’m disorganized.

I’ve made a feature request but was also advised to post here - if enough of us want this feature, it might become a higher priority. Thanks!

@Michelle Faulkner - This is a very needed feature! Would you be able to share the link to your request in this thread so people can upvote it if easier if they come across it here?

Michelle Faulkner

I made it via chat with customer support… agent suggested I also post here.

I upvoted the feature as well. @Michelle Faulkner are you only using automation until the point where a tour is booked? Are yours booked using the HoneyBook scheduler? If so maybe you can use a conditional step that stops the automation if/when a tour is scheduled.

Michelle Faulkner

@Tonisha J Stalnaker yes that’s right - I don’t use the honeybook scheduler - I have to coordinate multiple calendars, so we are using calendly - so unfortunately it’s a manual automation cancel for me once they book a tour. But maybe I should take another look at that scheduling feature, thanks for the suggestion!

@Kaitlyn Blair thank you so much, I didn’t know how to do that! I upvoted it too. Appreciate your help!

Michelle Faulkner

@Alicia Bauer see link above from Kaitlyn - now you can upvote the request if you’d also like this feature - thanks!

@Michelle Faulkner , I was going to ask the same question as Tonisha. If you need something that will connect all your calendars in, you can either try the round robin feature, or look into Reclaim.ai. It plugs into your Google calendar and can help consolidate multiple calendars so that the Honeybook scheduler will be not accurate for you.
