Recently when I’m viewing emails on Gmail, I haven’t been able to see any of my responses. So I looks like my client is just talking to themselves.
I always respond to emails in HoneyBook. Then I’ll clean out my inbox in Gmail to confirm I’ve answered everyone. Sometimes I open an email in HB and don’t have time to answer and I can’t mark it as unread (which I’ve brought up in this community before)...so I do that in Gmail. But now I can’t even see if I’ve answered it in my gmail.
I feel like theres been a few random updates like this lately and its honestly making my work process more annoying.
