Why do we have to log in to Community when we access via HB?

Let’s just put this into the category of “Things that Bug Me… but aren’t huge issues.”

I don’t understand why we now have to log in to Community when we access it through Resources in HB. It’s an irritation (albeit a minor one) when you have to wait for a confirmation code to be texted. I just fail to see why this is necessary.

Can we go back to easy access?

Hey folks! 

Thanks so much for flagging this. I was able to reach out to the folks over at Gainsight, the platform the Community runs on, and they let me know they had some updates to their security requirements. 
Good news is, is that they were able to update our settings here to remember your log in for 30 days!

They said you may need to log in one final time before it sticks for the next 30 days, but after that you should be good. If you still find yourself needing to log in each time after that, let me know!

    ​@Denise O'Malley - I fully agree! It is annoying especially since I don’t carry my phone around with me everywhere I go while working from home. So then I have to go search for it just for the code. First world problems! 🤣

      Yes, this is a MAJOR irritation.  I just dont have time  some days for another log in 😁

        Hey folks!

          Thanks ​@Monica R! I appreciate you working on this and it is a solution... although I don’t always log in every 30 days to community, so I guess I’ll still doing it the old way.
