Why doesn't the Honeybook Concierge respond to emails?

Historically, when I have reached out to concierge@honeybook.com, they have been very responsive. 

 

The last few times I reached out, I never received a response. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hey ​@Kelly Mattarocci when was the last time you reached out to them? Have you tried to contact support directly from inside HB?

Just touched base with the support team. It looks like Jaimie responded to your email within a minute but the email is still showing as unread on our end. You might have missed it as it came in!
Please check your email again and you should see her response to you!
