Working with a Planner (as a photographer/videographer)

How do you all work it when a planner reaches out about a couple looking for your services (photography/videography) but they want to share your pricing guide and not necessarily setup a whole project. I’d like to be able to send my smart file outside of a project and have their client be able to access it (even though I don’t know their email yet). Is this possible with Honeybook? Is there another work around? I find myself spending so much time trying to customize each inquiry I get from a planner and I believe Honeybook’s function is hurting my book-ability and I’m losing out on projects. Help please!
