Hello! I’m a senior photographer from Nebraska and would love to hear from others how they send pricing info? I currently had a smart file set up but I decided to just add a private link on my website as sometimes they don’t necessarily need me to set up a project right away. I typically ask them to submit through website so I have their contact info then link out the pricing guide. Thoughts?

I am a Senior Photographer and I have pricing listed on my site but my contact form is integrated with Honeybook. Once they inquire and tell me what they are interested I have Smart files for all of my packages set and I send the client those.

I am working on building out some ALL IN ONE Smart files for my wedding clients so that it would be beautifully customized for weddings.

Yes, I have a price range listed on my site publicly, and then like you I have an inquiry form and from there I send over the private page from my site. I wanted to do smart files but I can’t get the fancy looking formatting like my private web page so I kept it that way. I do have a smart file for them to select things when they’re ready to book!

I would suggest you give a starting at price on your website (not full pricing). Before you send out any pricing list you require a phone call. After the phone call you send a private link from your website personalized to them. Give them exactly three options (all based around the phone call). When they are ready to book you then send the proposal/contract via Honeybook. All of the above is statistically proven to increase the number of projects you book and to book at a higher price point. Good luck!
