Allow team members to view everything in the contract except invoices

​@Olivia Lo - Right now HoneyBook’s team member permissions are somewhat limited in this area. From what I’ve seen, if someone has access to contracts and project details, there isn’t currently a fully granular permission setting that completely separates contract visibility from invoice/payment visibility the way many business owners would prefer.

A lot of people in your situation end up using a few workarounds such as:
• having assistants manage scheduling/emails but not billing tasks
• limiting financial conversations to the account owner only
• or using internal processes/templates so the assistant doesn’t need to open invoice sections directly as often

This is actually a pretty common request from businesses working with assistants, subcontractors, or project managers. There is already a feature request started specifically around more customizable permissions here that would be great to upvote and add your use case to:
