Hi! Looking for some advice from anyone who has disconnected the HoneyBook + QuickBooks integration.

We originally had the integration set up with mapping, but the payments and Undeposited Funds became a nightmare to keep up with, so we ultimately disconnected the integration about three months ago.

Here’s my question: We still have outstanding invoices in QuickBooks that were originally created through HoneyBook before we disconnected. Some of those clients still have a second payment coming due.

When those remaining payments come in, should we manually apply/categorize them to the original QuickBooks invoice so the invoice can be cleared out?

I’d love to hear how others handled the transition after disconnecting, especially while you still had outstanding invoices from the integration.

Any suggestions are welcome! I love HoneyBook, but definitely wish we had never integrated it with QuickBooks!
