Disconnect HoneyBook and Quickbooks Clean up

​@Streater Mitchum - Since you've already disconnected the integration, I would be careful about making changes to those existing QuickBooks invoices without checking with your bookkeeper/accountant first, especially since they were originally created through the HoneyBook integration.

Generally, if an invoice is still showing an outstanding balance in QuickBooks and the remaining payment is collected through HoneyBook, you'll want to make sure that payment is properly recorded against the existing invoice so you're not left with an open balance in QuickBooks or accidentally recording the income twice. Exactly how that payment should be recorded and where it should be deposited/categorized will depend on how your QuickBooks account is set up.

Since you've already dealt with issues around Undeposited Funds, this may be one of those situations where having your bookkeeper help you cleanly close out the remaining integrated invoices is worth it. Once those older invoices are finished, you'll have a much cleaner starting point for whatever process you're using going forward.

Thank you, thats what I figured! We do have a bookkeeper who has been working with me on this process- but honestly its been a whole thing! Thats why we disconnected. 

Maybe Geily has a recomendation too!

Ok, I have matched a payment after disconnect to original invoice, but due to fees it is not fully paying the invoice.  Any suggestions on how to clear it out?
