How to extract and summarize data from an inventory catalog

Question

We have a deep inventory of rental items for our wedding venue that we’ve housed on google sheets within a google drive.  We transposed most of those items into a workable Honeybook catalog for our clients to pick and choose items and see the costs associated with their selection.    As we add and change items, we would like to use Honeybook to summarize our inventory to eliminate redundancy.
