Before joining Honeybook, I was using TidyCal for my consultation scheduling, a $27/flat fee program and is so easy to use and provides an option for Zoom call OR a phone call. Why can’t we have this option with Honeybook? It can’t be that hard!
And if that too much, then why not give our clients a way to call in to the Zoom meeting instead of only providing a link to the Zoom?

@Picturli - I can definitely see how having the option for clients to choose between a Zoom call or phone call directly in the scheduler would make the experience feel much smoother and more flexible. This sounds like a really good feature request to submit (or upvote if one already exists), especially since you’ve already experienced how helpful that workflow is in another platform. Including the ability for clients to easily call into Zoom meetings instead of only joining via link would also be a great enhancement for accessibility and ease of use. The more detailed feedback and upvotes these requests get, the easier it is for the product team to see how valuable the feature would be for users.
