I have a post-event survey that I send out to clients. I’d love to be able to see all the answers in one place, but that is not a function that exists on Honeybook. Specifically, I have a questions that asks for referrals. Right now I need to go into each individual project and look at the forms for every client. I want to be able to generate a report that puts everyone’s answers in one, easily accessible spreadsheet. This would also help to figure out percentages of clients that found me through different sources (i.e. website, conference, social media, etc.)

Is there a workaround for this that anyone has found? I really don’t want to click through every client every time I want to generate a list of everyone’s responses to a specific question on a questionnaire.

@Andrew Silver - I can definitely see why you would want this, especially when you're collecting information that you want to analyze across multiple clients rather than simply reference within an individual project.

Currently, questionnaire responses live within each project's Smart File, so there isn't a built-in report that allows you to pull everyone's answers to a specific question into one spreadsheet.

If being able to easily analyze and sort this data is a top priority, one workaround may be to use something like Google Forms or Typeform specifically for your post-event survey. Google Forms, for example, can automatically collect all of your responses into a Google Sheet, which would make it much easier to pull a referral list, calculate percentages, filter by answers, or analyze trends without opening individual projects. You could still send the survey link through your HoneyBook post-event automation so the client experience remains part of your existing workflow.

I would also recommend searching the Ideas section for questionnaire reporting or exporting questionnaire responses. If there isn't already a request, I think this would make a great feature request because there are so many uses for being able to aggregate questionnaire data across projects.

And if anyone has found a way to automatically pull HoneyBook questionnaire responses into a spreadsheet through Zapier or another integration, definitely share your setup here!
