HOLY moly!

 

Just logged into honeybook after doing a review I was sent via email. All of my automations are gone!

 

It took us over 6 months to get our automations corrected and now all of that work is freaking gone. I have so much of my website, social media, and everything tied to honeybook as a “all in one” platform I put my business and trust in this system and now all of my inquiries are not getting my automations. Which means they are in lala land waiting for replies instead of getting the automatic replies myself and my team spent countless hours going through! Right when I increased my budget for ads on all the platforms to help soften the blow of slow season, while still finishing up the busiest time of the year! (PHOTOGRAPHER HERE).

 

This is absolutely soooooo frustrating….Did we get an email or any other notification that our automations would have to be transferred and redone by a certain date? NOOOOO. Do I even now when this change took place and how many inquiries I missed….NOOOO because no one was notified! This is absolutely not acceptable...who makes these decisions to just completely mess up someone's entire business and flow (automations) without any notifications! I’m devastated to say the least. I guess I’ll spend my time and pay for additional hours of my employees to fix this and redo all of our automations again! Someone please tell me there’s an easier way! Why did honeybook not transfer the current automations so there would be no downtime in the meantime? Or let us have both old and new automations for a certain amount of time? 

 

I have never seen a CRM that makes huge decisions without any notification. When I did the review I thought this was just a test to see what might work for the future….rolling out a new automation process...I had nooooooo idea this was already in effect. Can someone please give me any clarification on this issue?

First off, I’m so sorry for the shock of the change in automations! Nothing was meant to switch over automatically, so let me see what is going on there. We’ll get you back to the standard automation builder asap.

A few things to note:

  • Your existing automations are still running like normal! Your inquiries are getting your automations.
  • Your existing automations are saved and once we get you back to the older builder, you’ll see them again!
