Question

Are sub-items created within a service saved so they can be added again to other services?

As a venue, many of our various packages all include many of the same sub-items. Am I wrong or are all of those sub-items unique to each service ‘bundle’.

Which from what I can tell, means that identical sub-items included in multiple services all need to be updated manually one by one.

Am I wrong?

If I’m not wrong, having sub-items saveable as re-usable would be incredibly helpful in creating “packages” helping streamline things.

@DGeorge -

I believe you're correct. From my experience with the new Services Hub, sub-items are currently unique to each individual service or package rather than being reusable across multiple services.

I can definitely see the value in having reusable sub-items. For businesses like venues, photographers, planners, and other service providers, there are often inclusions that appear in multiple packages. Being able to update a shared sub-item once and have that change reflected everywhere it's used would save a lot of time and help maintain consistency.

It feels like a natural enhancement as more users begin building out their Services Hub. You could submit this as an idea, and hopefully others who would benefit from will upvote and share their workflows as well.
