How to -One of two clients unable to sign contract How to fix this

Client claims to be having difficulty signing the contract.  yes they can access the file, yes the email address is correct. Yes I reached out to HB chat and human agent ..there’s nothing on my end. Yes they were on seperate devices/laptops And yes  “signature required is checked. Any ideas what it can be?  One signed but not the other

I ran into a similar issue last month. HB couldn't figure out what was wrong, and the client still couldn't sign anything. They thought the problem was on the client's side, but I walked the client through some troubleshooting steps, and nothing worked. In the end, the client just took a screenshot of their physical signature. It was the first time I'd dealt with this kind of problem in over 10 years of working with HB. It seems lately nearly every live conversation with HB results in either an argument or them saying it's not their fault, it's mine or the client's. So this particular issue seems to be a glitch in the matrix, and hopefully it does not reappear for another 10 years.
