Curious if anyone else figured a work around. The new phone line comes to my personal phone. I was wanting to have it reroute to my venue coordinator. Is there a way to do this? Also, if I don’t answer does it have a separate voicemail than my personal phone?

​@Maria Watson - Can you clarify which new phone line feature you're referring to? I know HoneyBook has recently expanded SMS functionality, but I want to make sure I'm understanding your setup correctly before suggesting a solution.

Curious as to how HB as expanded SMS? Been anxiously waiting for two-way SMS for leads and projects to be integrated into HB

​@LVE -  Great timing! 😊 Two-way texting is actually one of the newer SMS features HoneyBook has announced and is currently rolling out.

The goal is to allow you to text back and forth with leads and clients directly within HoneyBook so those conversations can stay connected to your client communication rather than happening separately on your personal phone.

Since it is still rolling out, availability may vary by account right now, but this is definitely something that is coming! I'm excited to see how the SMS functionality continues to expand as more members gain access and start using it. 💛
