All Files Missing Across HoneyBook Projects — How to Recover?

Had a client who was ready to sign and pay notify me that they were getting a 404 page for both the contract and invoice files in their project. After taking a look, I realized that all files in all of my projects are missing, which is extremely concerning.

 

Is this happening to anyone else right now?

Yes! Report it, but they’re actively fixing it right now

Thanks so much -- have had the same problem and came here to see if I was the only one.  I reported it as well.

I’m having a problem where all of my projects have disappeared! They’re even gone from Archived and I’m trying not to freak out! The other problem is, I can’t find where to report it or to see if this is some technical glitch that’s happened to anyone else.
Can someone in Community help me… please.

My projects won’t load. I’ve cleared cache and that didn’t make a difference. I will try to figure out how to report the problem
