allow calendar scheduling for a contact

Recently ran into a big issue

My project has two contacts

I cannot schedule a meeting with the second contact because it defaults to the first

I tried to schedule a meeting with the contact from the “contact” view - even if I choose “no project” I cannot schedule a meeting with that contact where they get emails / text reminders. It only allows me to schedule a meeting on my own calendar.

Please allow us to schedule meetings with contacts and allow us to schedule meetings within projects but select which assigned contact gets the meeting

@Jacquelynn Buck -  I’ve run into this as well, you’re not missing anything. Right now, HoneyBook defaults to the primary contact on the project, and there isn’t a clean way to select a different contact for scheduling within the same project. It can definitely be limiting when you’re working with multiple people.

I’d recommend submitting this as a Feature Request (or searching and upvoting an existing one). There are actually quite a few requests already around calendar functionality and contact selection, so adding your voice there helps keep everything consolidated and gives it more visibility with the product team.

Being able to choose which contact receives the meeting (emails, reminders, etc.) would be a really helpful improvement. 💛
