Client issues signing in to client portal

Hello Forum.

 

I’m hoping you can help me troubleshoot my client’s issues. Once, she’s unable to receive emails sent from Honeybook. I use a link from HB to share her client portal, and she has now sent me a note saying she cannot access.

From client:

I’m also trying to get into the portal to answer the questions but it is saying “something went wrong accessing your file”

 

Do you have any idea what might have happened?

 

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
